Yes, this is what it is provided for. If you install our service on a laptop you can travel around with it and use it anywhere. The only restrictions may be some countries such as China, Dubai or the UAE where the government restricts internet traffic. If you discover that it is not working in a certain country for these reasons please let us know and we will amend this FAQ to include your findings.
